LONDON (MNI) – The UK’s Office for Budget Responsibility has
sharply increased its official CPI forecast for Q4 2011 to 3.9%, up from
the 2.8% forecast in November 2010, according to its March forecasts.

The OBR then forecasts that CPI will drop, falling to 3.0% in Q1
2012, then 2.5% in Q2 2012, then 2.3% in Q3 2012.
