February PSNB 12.361 bln, better than median forecast of 14.75 bln. PSNCR 7.703 bln compared to median forecast of 11.0 bln. Thats the good news.

Bad news, February mortgage approvals demonstrably lower than expected at +48k compared to median forecast of +54k, lowest since May 2009.

Cable touch firmer at 1.5300 from 1.5285 post release.
