UK government spokeswoman, Alison Donnelly, comments
- May to hold call with ministers at 1130 GMT
- May is still confident of winning parliament vote tomorrow
- Says call is to update ministers on Brexit, it is something that happens "all the time"
- ECJ ruling does not change government's policy on Article 50
As mentioned before, from an official capacity, this will always be their tagline up until they decide to pull the plug on the vote tomorrow. So, don't read too much into this. All the focus will be on May's conference call later and whether or not she actually decides to call things off so the pound's sentiment will still rely on that.
