LONDON (MNI) – UK house prices fell markedly again in May.
Land Registry data showed house prices fell 0.4% on the month to
stand down 2.2% on the year.
The official Land Registry data highlighted widespread falls in
prices in the UK housing market.
London, however, which others surveys have also found to be more
resilient, saw prices up 2.9% over the past year.
