- The case refers to the contested claim, made by Johnson and other leading figures in the Leave campaign, that the UK sends the EU £350 million a week.
- A Westminster district judge said: "The allegations which have been made are unproven accusations and I do not make any findings of fact."
- Johnson denies the claims.
