UK PRESS: Companies based in southern Europe have joined the rush to
issue corporate debt and sold more bonds last week than in any week over
the past six months, the FT reports. But they are paying investors
higher interest rates as a result of the Greek debt crisis, the apper
says. A recovery in bond markets after Greece raised 5bn ($6.9bn) in a
bond issue earlier this month has helped trigger the rush of corporate
issuance, the FT adds.
