UK Property asking prices fall 0.4% in June

UK average asking prices of properties new to the market fell 0.4% in June after four months of rising. The annual rate of decline eased to 5.5%, its lowest since last October, from 6.2% in May. The average asking price declined to 226,436 Pounds to 227,441 Pounds in May.
