- ready to begin talks whenever EU is
- final bill settlement cant be agreed until next phase of talks
Oh dear , it's oh so tiresome eh? Peacock-suiting and blame-gaming will get the two sides nowhere fast.
- UK govt departments have well-developed plans for no deal
- December summit will be crucial
Looking more and more like no-deal is the preferred UK govt stance. If it's just a negotiating tactic it's not having much success.
