30 year up too
The US 10 year bond traded at a 16 1/2 month high yield at 2.432%. That is up 4.9 basis points on the day. The next key target comes in at 2.50% level That was near the high yield level from Jun 2015.
The 30 year bond yield is also higher on the day and trades at 12 months highs at 3.096%.
The story remains the same since the election:
- More fiscal spending
- More growth
- More inflation
- More deficits potentially
You add an output deal from OPEC, if it holds, you get higher inflation from higher prices there.
