US announces import duties on yarn products from China (and India)

Trade talks between the US and China recommence today

And, just announced - US has imposed duties on some yarn products imports from China and India. That'll smooth the talks! Not.

While these duties are not a straw that will break the camel's back they speak to the tensions between the US and China. Which go well beyond trade issues, of course.
