at 1.15. Nov wholesale inventories ex. autos were +0.3% vs +1.2% in Oct,
an MNI calc shows. Durables inv +0.1%, but autos -1.7%. Nondurables inv
+0.2%, with mixed components. Total sales +0.6%, with durables sales
+0.9% on +3.8% professional equipment (largest gain since Feb’97) and
nondurables sales +0.3%. Factory inventories already reported +0.5%, so
the outlook for business inventory growth appears positive pending the
retail inventories data when they are released.
