US DATA: Q3 nonfarm productivity revised to +2.3% (was +1.9%), in line
with higher GDP, and ULC was unrev at -0.1%. BLS estimates output +3.7%
and hours worked +1.4%. Perhaps as important is that over the last 4
qtrs, ULC are -1.1%, suggesting margins and profits improved, or that
higher inputs costs were offset by lower labor charges. These are
favorable data but are revisions and thus of limited interest.
