US DATA: SIFMA’s Q4 issuance report was out late Thurs, and says
securities issuance totaled $1.40T in Q4, a 2.1% decrease q-o-q from
$1.43 trillion in 3Q, and a 29.1% decrease yoy from $1.98T in 4Q:10. The
decline in issuance q-o-q stemmed primarily from declines in both
federal agency and Treasury debt issuance, which outweighed gains made
