US DATA: State personal income growth averaged 1.0 percent in the
second quarter of 2010 up slightly from 0.9 percent in the first
quarter, according to estimates released today by the U.S. Bureau of
Economic Analysis. Growth rates ranged from 2.0 percent in North Dakota
