EUR/USD rises to a fresh session high at 1.0940, USD/JPY falls.

The US dollar is under broad pressure as stock markets open for the week. The S&P 500 gained an additional 4 points to start the week after a significant climb last week.

The theme is momentum is from last week, as the market pegged a more-dovish Fed and dumped the US dollar, buying stocks and hard assets.

The focus is on Draghi speaking in European parliament at the top of the hour and US existing home sales at the same time. The consensus is for a 4.90M annualized pace of sales in Feb data.

At 1620 GMT (12:20 pm ET) Fed Vice Chairman Stanley Fischer delivers a speech about "monetary policy lessons and the way ahead" to the Economic Club of New York. His comments will be followed closely.
