US healthcare: McConnell thinks a really good chance, but not this week

Mitch McConnell is Senate Majority leader:

• Says made good progress on healthcare bill after meeting with Trump
• Says he thinks they have a really good chance of getting a bill on the floor of the Senate, just not this week

• Says Republicans need to come up with a solution because negotiating with Democrats would produce none of the changes republicans want to make

McM sounding a wee bit positive. Maybe that's his job?
