  • Ex transportation +0.1% vs +0.4% expected
  • Capital goods orders non-defense ex-air 0.0% vs +0.2% expected
  • Prior capital goods orders non-defense ex-air -0.1% (revised to -0.5%)
  • Capital goods shipments non-defense ex-air +0.3% vs +0.3% expected
  • Prior capital goods shipments non-defense ex-air -0.1% (revised to -0.2%)

That's a poor reading, pretty much across the board and the revisions are weak. That will get the Fed's attention.
