S&P 500 slightly higher at the open
It was a rollicking day for the S&P 500 yesterday. It surged on the Trump-Russia story reversal and the tax cut but late in the day the gains evaporated into a small decline.
The story at the moment is all about taxes and tax credits. Bloomberg has a look at some of the R&D credits that could mean the corporate tax cut isn't such a boon, especially for tech companies.
