Nasdaq still ekes out 8th straight gain. The longest since October
The major indices are ending the session mixed on a late day sell off. Nevertheless, the Nasdaq did close higher and in doing so, extended its up streak to 8 consecutive days. That is the most since October 2017.
- The S&P closed down -4.12 points or --0.14% at 2852.58. The high reached 2862.48. The low 2851.98.
- The Nasdaq closed up 3.456 points or +0.04% at 7891.78. The high reached 7891.78. The low 7881.
- The Dow closed down -74.52 points ro -0.29% at 25509.23. The high reached 25613. The low 25492.
