Lighthizer spoke with CPAC today:
- U.S. and China are "pretty much on track" when it comes to several elements of phase-one deal implementation
- On purchase commitments he said "we've obviously had challenges, but I think we are doing very well."
Lighthizer gets little help from his boss(es), he keeps on plugging away though. Kudos.
