Umm, yeah so I saw this:

A warning to check properties has been issued to all landlords who own more than 600,000 residences throughout New Zealand.

Surely not? :-D

I read the article (admittedly not that closely) and perhaps there is a missing comma in that sentence :-D

Some pretty big rent rolls there in NZ :-D
