Draghi to speak later
Draghi speaks at an ECB forum in Portugal. I'm afraid this one will be a dud because he's giving opening remarks ahead of a speech by Blanchard so he won't want to steal the show.
Update: Originally this was scheduled for 1700 GMT but it looks like it's been pushed back by an hour to 1800 GMT.
