Xi-Biden summit meeting expected to begin around 0040GMT

Earlier post here: China's President Xi and US President Biden are meeting Monday evening (US time)

I didn't have much of an indication to the start time but have heard 0000 GMT to 0045 GMT bandied about. And the expected duration of the virtual summit from 2 to 3 hours.
