Australian Westpac Consumer Confidence for January 2023

+5.0% m/m to 84.3

  • prior was +3.0% to 80.3

Earlier:

  • Australia weekly consumer confidence survey rose, still deeply pessimistic at 87.7

Stil in deeply negative territory, like the weekly survey also.

AUD inching higher, the USD is slipping just a few tics pretty much across the majors board.
