Australian Westpac Consumer Sentiment rises 3.9% m/m (prior -3%)

Earlier in the session we had:

  • Australia consumer confidence weekly survey drops 0.5% w/w

The Westpac monthly survey showed a rise for September, to 84.4 from 81.2 in August. Still at a very, very low level.
