After the whole SVB debacle, the tightening cycle among major central banks is encountering a big plot twist. The 50 bps rate hike by the ECB is in doubt while Fed odds have also turned to be a 50-50 now. And looking at things today, the BOE seems to be in the same spot as the Fed as futures pricing see a roughly 40% of no change to the bank rate next week.
