The low print so far is variously 1.2998 or 1.3000. I wouldn't say the level has definitively broken yet but there might be stops if it does.
Keep a close eye on bonds as well. US yields have given a bit back after touching the highs of the day. If that continues, it could erode the case for the dollar.
