The city of Tangshan has been placed under a total lockdown, according to reports.

The city of 7.5 million in Hebei province, which is a major steel producing region. It's the area that essentially wraps around Beijing.

There are some clear economic risks around a China lockdown, including worsening supply chains and lower demand for commodities.
