A more defensive mood as equities stay under pressure

German DAX futures -0.2%
UK FTSE futures -0.3%

The heavy selloff in Wall Street yesterday was a nod that stocks might be crumbling further to the pressure of higher bond yields. And all of that is still playing out today. S&P 500 futures are down another 0.4% and European futures are being dragged down alongside it as well.
