This mostly ties to the gains in US stocks on Friday but the overall mood so far today is also holding up. US futures are up around 0.2% and that is feeding into a calmer mood ahead of the European open later. But do be reminded that it is a UK holiday, so that will make for a quieter session in all likelihood.
