Macron and Putin held a second hour-long phone call

Macron spoke with Putin over the weekend.

Now news dribbling out he had another phone call with him - for an hour +.

Not too get too excited but this is an interesting development - likely to be a positive development ... but, of course, we'll see.

Maybe it was just:

"You hang up first! "

"No, you hang up first!"

that took up the hour?
