Morgan Stanley has cut its China 2022 GDP growth forecast to 4.2%

  • Analysts are lining up to cut economic growth forecasts for China this year

COVID-19 disruption across the economy is leading to the cuts in GDP projections.

This for last week along the same lines:

  • BofA cuts China 2022 GDP forecast from 4.8% to 4.2%, cites COVID-19 control disruptions
  • Nomura has slashed its China economic growth forecast for 2022 to 3.9% (from 4.3%)

China's official target is 'around 5.5%'
