The reports are that Russian forces near the eastern Ukrainian city of Sumy have begun to pull away towards the western Russian border over the last 24 hours.
The reports give no reason for this. Could be just a regrouping exercise, or perhaps something more significant. There is no indication either way. I imagine folks will split on their thoughts as to why this is occuring,
