Shanghai report zero new COVID cases outside of quarantine

The weekend news was a little alarming:

  • China COVID highest new case count since May reported on the weekend.

The zero cases outside quarantine result just announced by authorities in Shanghai is more positive.

  • 14 new local asymptomatic cases
  • 3 symptomatic
