This:

  • US media report that Musk's deal to buy Twitter is 'in peril'

Then this:

  • Wall Street Journal: Twitter Lays Off Third Of Talent Team

A Twitter spokesperson now - the firm intends on closing the deal with Elon Musk at the agreed-upon terms. Adds the firm will continue to share information with Musk's team.
