Canada's Freeland: Steel and aluminum tariffs separate from trade deal

Canada's Freeland is talking about the USMCA trade deal saying:

• trade deal includes some dairy changes since September 30 agreement date
• Tariffs on steel and aluminum is separate from the trade deal
• very important auto side letters are now in effect
• Canada does not except the legality of the 232 tariffs (tariffs on steel and aluminum)

The US, Mexico and Canada officially signed the USMCA trade agreement today at the G20.
