EURUSD can't press lower, so moving higher

Test MAs/retracement cluster again

The EURUSD is back up testing the 200 hour MA at the 1.0852 level. The low price bottomed at the 1.08189 level. The price has wandered higher and has moved back above the Asia-Pacific low at 1.08399 and the 100 bar moving average on the 5 minute chart at the 1.0843 level. A little higher is the 50% of the days range at 1.0859. The 200 bar moving average and the 5 minute chart at 1.0860 and the 100 hour moving average, which is currently trading at 1.08643.
