Philippines central bank governor says definitely not in an FX crisis

I've posted this under an 'education' tag 'cause one way of telling when a country is in an FX crisis is when the central bank governor says "No, we aren't!"

Nestor Espenilla is governor:

• We are definitely not in foreign exchange crisis
• Confident there will be no freefall situation with peso
• Says allowed the {PHP to adjust moderately and gradually, but central bank is firmly in control of exchange rate
