Crude oil futures settle at $50.82 per barrel

The US crude oil futures are settling a day at $50.82 per barrel that is down $1.14 or 2.19%.

• The high price for the day extended to $52.37
• The low price was at $50.79

The declines continue the fall from yesterday and move the price below the 38.2% of the move up from the end of November low. The 50% at $50.03 remains a key technical target on the downside. That also was the low from December 15th.
