Its just going on 5 am in Beijing, we'll get a response in coming hours (give 'em a chance to have some congee first). I don't imagine they'll be too happy with this. If their response is sharp and retaliatory we could (I imagine its likely) further escalation from Trump - cancelling (might be couched as a postponement?) this week's round of talks in Washington?
