US commerce secretary speaks in Davos - 24 January 2018
- There will be a very busy trade agenda in terms of those actions by the US
- Trade wars are fought 'every single day'
- Up to the Chinese to decide if they want to retaliate
- Not for US to set Chinese policy on whether or not to retaliate
- If there is a China reaction, US would weigh its options
More comments on the trade side of things by Ross. Nothing too significant, just mainly aiming jabs at China. It'll be interesting to see how things develop from here.
