The US stocks are ending the day with gains but there was a bit into the close.
- The S&P is ending up 15.51 pointsor 0.54% at 2904.31. The high reached 2911.17. The low extended to 2890.43
- The Nasdaq rose 60.314 points or 0.76% at 7956.10. The high was 30 points higher at 7986.09. The low reached 7901.01
- The Dow rose 184.84 points or 0.71% at 26246.96. The high extended to 26317 (71 points higher). The low extended to 26076.

- Boeing, +2.14%
- Caterpillar, +1.97%
- Amazon, +1.73%
- Intel, +1.50%
- Home Depot, +1.26%
- twitter, +1.25%
- Gilead, +1.22%
The biggest winner was Tilray, a Canadian marijuana company which surged 28.95% to $154.98.
The company announced approval from the Drug Enforcement Administration to import marijuana to the United States for medical research.
I guess there is not a lot of marijuana grown in the US.
If Navarro and Ross and co. catch wind of it, they are likely to slap a 25% tariff on that import.
