JAPAN DATA: The slower 1.4% y/y growth in Japanese exports in
January (vs. +12.9% in December, +9.1% in November) was due mainly to
the slowing pace of increase in shipments to China at +1.0% y/y in the
month (vs. +20.1% in Dec, +18.3% in Nov), a MOF official told reporters.
