NewZealand business confidence swung into positive territory in May. The NBNZ monthly business own activity outlook showed a rise of 3.8%, as companies expect their own businesses to improve over the next 12 months.
The headline measure of business outlook was up 1.9% in May vs a -15% reading in the previous month.
Most economists are still pointing to a 25 basis point cut in rates on June 11.
