One of the first things a new recruit on Lehman Brothers' trading desk would have gotten is the Lehman Brothers Foreign Exchange Training Manual.
It's a 126-page guide book filled with quizzes on how the forex market works.
Some of it's basic but there is also plenty of good info on the options and forwards markets.
