  • Spain almost fully funded for 2012
  • Int’l investors have been main buyers at recent auctions and they’re increasing holdings
  • 2013 funding will also cover regions’ needs
  • ECB has been very explicit about potential bond buying program

Translation: ESM? Not in 2012.
