In the wake of the recent positive UK data it’s distinctly possible that the Office for National Statistics ( ONS) could make an increase on its provisional +0.6% estimate when it publishes its second reading this Friday ( 23rd).
How much of this might already be factored in for the pound remains to be seen, but we will be posting more on this as the week unfolds.
