After being shot at yesterday the UN inspection team has now been told that today’s visit has been postponed and they can’t go in until tomorrow
Syria’s foreign minister says that they are not obstructing the UN’s work.
I don’t really care which side of the fence people sit on this one ( Assad/rebels/conspiracy theory) but there’s little doubt that someone is trying very hard to clean up the mess aka hide the evidence. Not to mention the rebel shelling of the area too.
Therefore delaying the report and military intervention, although it’s becoming clear that the US and UK are getting a little trigger happy.
All very sad.
