Greek PM Samaras says the negotiations with the troika are difficult.
To add to the looming budget problems Greece’s highest court reversed some of the 2012 Troika mandated wage cuts yesterday. The cuts to police and armed forces wages were part of the terms of the bailouts and could add another €500m to the ever increasing hole in the country’s finances.
