Canadian resource minister Joe Oliver comments on Obama saying yesterday that he will review and make a decision on the Keystone project in a couple of months
I know a certain Canadian who’ll not be holding his breath
Certainly if the decision is positive for Canada we may be seeing the last of USD/CAD up above parity.
